Shipping & Returns
Audrey Lane ships to all destinations within Australia and most countries world-wide. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your items.
Please note, during peak times delivery times may vary - please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive your order in the timeframe specified.
We use Australia Post and ship via regular post. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel upon delivery it will be left at the nearest post office for you to collect. Please note regular post is a flat rate of $10.
For all international customers, your order with be sent via DHL. For international delivery, please allow 15 working days (due to covid-19). Please note that duties and taxes can incur on some orders and are applied by the countries customs - these possible customs duties, foreign tacts and other fees are the customers responsibility.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Audrey Lane does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. If the item arrives in a faulty condition we will offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair. You must notify us via email@example.com
If you change your mind on a full price item and wish to return we can issue you with a credit note. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your RA number.
All sale items are final and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
